### sec.82 Review of priority statement
At least once every 3 years, the chief executive must review the priority statement and amend or replace the statement having regard to the outcome of the review.
If the process of review includes public consultation that in substance is equivalent to that required for the first draft priority statement under this chapter, the chief executive may prepare and give to the Minister, for approval by gazette notice, a final amending or replacement priority statement without having first prepared and consulted on a draft amending or replacement statement.
