### sec.75 Preparation and notification of draft priority statement
The chief executive may—
prepare a draft priority statement for—
1 or more products; or
1 or more categories of waste; and
advertise the existence and availability of the statement by notice published on the department’s website and in any other way the chief executive considers appropriate.
The notice must state—
how copies of the draft priority statement may be obtained or accessed; and
the period, of at least 28 days after publication of the notice, within which a person may make a written submission to the chief executive about any matter relevant to the statement.

(sec.75-ssec.1) The chief executive may— prepare a draft priority statement for— 1 or more products; or 1 or more categories of waste; and advertise the existence and availability of the statement by notice published on the department’s website and in any other way the chief executive considers appropriate.
