### sec.73D Definitions for part
In this part—
rate notice means a notice issued under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , or the Local Government Act 2009 , to levy rates and charges.
relevant payment means an amount paid to a local government under—
section 73DA (2) ; or
section 73DB (3) (a) .
