### sec.72R Resource recovery area The operator of a waste disposal site may declare an area within the site as a resource recovery area if— a recycling activity is conducted in the area; and the operator, or another entity that is responsible for the operation of the area, holds all licences, environmental authorities or other approvals required for conducting the recycling activity in the area; and a physical barrier— separates the area from the rest of the site; and prevents vehicles from moving between the area and the rest of the site other than through points of access shown on the plan of the site accompanying a notice under section 72S or 72U ; and the area and the physical barrier comply with the requirements prescribed by regulation for the area and barrier; and there has not, within the last year, been a revocation of a declaration of a resource recovery area at the site. s 72R ins 2019 No. 2 s 6 - (a) a recycling activity is conducted in the area; and - (b) the operator, or another entity that is responsible for the operation of the area, holds all licences, environmental authorities or other approvals required for conducting the recycling activity in the area; and - (c) a physical barrier— (i) separates the area from the rest of the site; and (ii) prevents vehicles from moving between the area and the rest of the site other than through points of access shown on the plan of the site accompanying a notice under section 72S or 72U ; and - (i) separates the area from the rest of the site; and - (ii) prevents vehicles from moving between the area and the rest of the site other than through points of access shown on the plan of the site accompanying a notice under section 72S or 72U ; and - (d) the area and the physical barrier comply with the requirements prescribed by regulation for the area and barrier; and - (e) there has not, within the last year, been a revocation of a declaration of a resource recovery area at the site. - (i) separates the area from the rest of the site; and - (ii) prevents vehicles from moving between the area and the rest of the site other than through points of access shown on the plan of the site accompanying a notice under section 72S or 72U ; and
