### sec.72I Public notice granting extension of time to submit waste data return and pay waste levy amount The chief executive may by publication on the department’s website grant an extension of time to the operators of stated levyable waste disposal sites to do either of the following— pay a waste levy amount; submit a waste data return and pay a waste levy amount.
