### sec.70 Requirements for volumetric surveys This section states the requirements for carrying out volumetric surveys under this subdivision. A volumetric survey must be carried out in compliance with the requirements prescribed by regulation. The results of the volumetric survey must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by a topographical plan complying with specifications advised by the chief executive; and be certified as accurate by a surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003 . s 70 prev s 70 om 2013 No. 6 s 31 pres s 70 ins 2019 No. 2 s 6 (sec.70-ssec.1) This section states the requirements for carrying out volumetric surveys under this subdivision.
