### sec.66 Operators required to give chief executive plan for monitoring system
This section applies to the operator of a waste disposal site given a notice under section 63 requiring the operator to install, maintain and operate a monitoring system.
The operator must give the chief executive a plan for the monitoring system complying with subsection (3) within 21 days after the day the operator is required under the notice to install the monitoring system.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
The plan for the monitoring system must contain a diagram of the system indicating the following in relation to the waste disposal site—
how the components that comprise the system have been positioned;
the scope of the coverage of recordings by the system.

(sec.66-ssec.1) This section applies to the operator of a waste disposal site given a notice under section 63 requiring the operator to install, maintain and operate a monitoring system.
