### sec.61 Measurement of waste other than by weighbridge This section applies if a weighbridge is not installed at a waste disposal site. Each time waste or other material is required to be measured under section 59 , the operator of the waste disposal site must ensure the waste or other material is measured and recorded in compliance with the weight measurement criteria. Maximum penalty—300 penalty units. See also section 42 . The operator of the waste disposal site must ensure a record made under subsection (2) includes the information required by the chief executive. Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
