### sec.36 Imposition of waste levy The operator of a levyable waste disposal site is liable to pay the State a levy (the waste levy ) on all levyable waste that is delivered to the site if— the levyable waste disposal site is in the waste levy zone; or the levyable waste disposal site is in the non-levy zone and the waste was generated outside the non-levy zone. s 36 prev s 36 om 2013 No. 6 s 23 pres s 36 ins 2019 No. 2 s 6 - (a) the levyable waste disposal site is in the waste levy zone; or - (b) the levyable waste disposal site is in the non-levy zone and the waste was generated outside the non-levy zone.
