### sec.329 Decision-making period for existing transfer application This section applies if— before the commencement, an application was made under section 173O(1); and immediately before the commencement, the period for deciding the application under former section 173O(3) had not ended. Former section 173O(3) continues to apply for deciding the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted. s 329 ins 2023 No. 6 s 134 (sec.329-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, an application was made under section 173O(1); and immediately before the commencement, the period for deciding the application under former section 173O(3) had not ended.
