### sec.320 Grant of application If the chief executive grants an application made under section 317, the chief executive must give the applicant a notice stating— the application has been granted; and any conditions imposed on the approval. Also, if the chief executive imposes a condition on the approval, the notice must include or be accompanied by an information notice for the decision to impose the condition. However, subsection (2) does not apply to a condition that is substantially the same as a condition agreed to or asked for by the applicant. s 320 ins 2019 No. 2 s 19 (sec.320-ssec.1) If the chief executive grants an application made under section 317, the chief executive must give the applicant a notice stating— the application has been granted; and any conditions imposed on the approval.
