### sec.295 Existing waste management strategy and business plan
The document in existence as a document of the department immediately before the commencement of this section and known as Queensland’s Waste Reduction and Recycling Strategy 2010–2020—
is taken to be the State’s first waste management strategy under this Act; and
has effect as if it had been made under this Act on the commencement of this section.
The document in existence as a document of the department immediately before the commencement of this section and known as the Business Plan for Queensland’s Waste Reduction and Recycling Strategy 2010–2020—
is taken to be the State’s first WMS business plan under this Act; and
has effect as if it had been made under this Act on the commencement of this section.
(sec.295-ssec.1) The document in existence as a document of the department immediately before the commencement of this section and known as Queensland’s Waste Reduction and Recycling Strategy 2010–2020— is taken to be the State’s first waste management strategy under this Act; and has effect as if it had been made under this Act on the commencement of this section.
(sec.295-ssec.2) The document in existence as a document of the department immediately before the commencement of this section and known as the Business Plan for Queensland’s Waste Reduction and Recycling Strategy 2010–2020— is taken to be the State’s first WMS business plan under this Act; and has effect as if it had been made under this Act on the commencement of this section.
- (a) is taken to be the State’s first waste management strategy under this Act; and
- (b) has effect as if it had been made under this Act on the commencement of this section.
