### sec.290 Grant of application
If the chief executive grants the application, the chief executive must give the applicant notice of the grant stating the following—
the application has been granted;
the period, which must end on or before the end of the transition period, for which the residue waste identified in the application is approved to be exempt waste;
any conditions imposed on the approval including any limits on the types and amounts of residue waste that may be disposed of as exempt waste in the period mentioned in paragraph (b) .
Also, if the chief executive imposes any conditions on the approval, the notice must include or be accompanied by an information notice for the decision to impose the conditions.
However, subsection (2) does not apply to a condition that is the same, or substantially the same, as a condition agreed to or asked for by the applicant.

(sec.290-ssec.2) Also, if the chief executive imposes any conditions on the approval, the notice must include or be accompanied by an information notice for the decision to impose the conditions.
