### sec.255 Who may conduct waste audit
The recipient must commission a suitably qualified person to conduct the waste audit.
The person commissioned by the recipient must be independent of the recipient and of the premises to which the waste audit relates.
In this section—
suitably qualified person , in relation to the conduct of a waste audit, means a person who has the qualifications and experience appropriate for conducting the audit.
(sec.255-ssec.1) The recipient must commission a suitably qualified person to conduct the waste audit.
(sec.255-ssec.2) The person commissioned by the recipient must be independent of the recipient and of the premises to which the waste audit relates.
(sec.255-ssec.3) In this section— suitably qualified person , in relation to the conduct of a waste audit, means a person who has the qualifications and experience appropriate for conducting the audit.
