### sec.251 Person must comply with notice A person who is given a compliance notice must comply with the notice unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty— if the compliance notice relates to a contravention of section 107 (1) , 108 , or 109(1) or (2)—40 penalty units; or if the compliance notice relates to a contravention of section 58 (2) or (3) —200 penalty units; or otherwise—300 penalty units. s 251 amd 2013 No. 6 s 45 ; 2019 No. 2 s 12 - (a) if the compliance notice relates to a contravention of section 107 (1) , 108 , or 109(1) or (2)—40 penalty units; or - (b) if the compliance notice relates to a contravention of section 58 (2) or (3) —200 penalty units; or - (c) otherwise—300 penalty units.
