### sec.204 Power to enter
An authorised person may enter and stay in a vehicle if the vehicle is stationary and the authorised person reasonably suspects, or is aware, that a thing in or on the vehicle may provide evidence of the commission of an offence against section 53 (2) or 104 (1) .
See part 4 , division 1 for authorised person’s powers to stop moving vehicle.
An authorised person may not enter a part of a vehicle under subsection (1) that is used only as a living area.
The power to enter under this section is in addition to the powers under section 192 (1) (a) (ii) .
