### sec.185 When office ends The office of a person as an authorised person ends if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the office ends; the authorised person’s resignation under section 186 takes effect. Subsection (1) does not limit the ways the office of a person as an authorised person ends. In this section— condition of office means a condition under which the authorised person holds office.
