### sec.173F Register of registered resource producers
The chief executive must maintain a register of registered resource producers for each end of waste code.
The register may be kept in electronic form.
The chief executive may publish information from the register in a way the chief executive considers appropriate.
However, the chief executive must not publish confidential information included in the register.
In this section—
confidential information —
means information that—
could identify an individual; or
is about a person’s current financial position or financial background; or
would be likely to damage the commercial activities of a person to whom the information relates; but
does not include—
information that is publicly available; or
statistical or other information that could not reasonably be expected to identify an individual to whom it relates.

(sec.173F-ssec.1) The chief executive must maintain a register of registered resource producers for each end of waste code.
(sec.173F-ssec.2) The register may be kept in electronic form.

(sec.173F-ssec.4) However, the chief executive must not publish confidential information included in the register.
(sec.173F-ssec.5) In this section— confidential information — means information that— could identify an individual; or is about a person’s current financial position or financial background; or would be likely to damage the commercial activities of a person to whom the information relates; but does not include— information that is publicly available; or statistical or other information that could not reasonably be expected to identify an individual to whom it relates.
- (a) means information that— (i) could identify an individual; or (ii) is about a person’s current financial position or financial background; or (iii) would be likely to damage the commercial activities of a person to whom the information relates; but
- (i) could identify an individual; or
- (ii) is about a person’s current financial position or financial background; or
- (iii) would be likely to damage the commercial activities of a person to whom the information relates; but
- (b) does not include— (i) information that is publicly available; or (ii) statistical or other information that could not reasonably be expected to identify an individual to whom it relates.
