### sec.158 Compliance with end of waste code A registered resource producer for an end of waste code for a resource must not do any of the following unless the producer complies with the requirements of the code— produce the resource; use, sell or give away the resource. Maximum penalty—1,665 penalty units. A person, other than a registered resource producer, must not use a resource in a way, or for a purpose, that does not comply with an end of waste code for the resource.
