### sec.144 Additional requirements for a waste reduction and recycling plan for a sector of planning entities This section states additional requirements for a waste reduction and recycling plan for a sector of planning entities. The plan must— identify the planning entities adopting the plan; and explain how the planning entities are collectively to implement the plan; and describe the arrangements for the administration, funding and implementation of the plan, and identify who is responsible for administering and reporting on the plan; and include any other matters prescribed under a regulation.
