### sec.137 Amendment of plan The chief executive officer of a State entity may adopt an amendment of the entity’s waste reduction and recycling plan if the chief executive officer considers the amendment to be appropriate, having regard to— changing waste reduction and recycling opportunities; and changing circumstances in which the plan operates; and other matters arising from a review of the plan as required under this part; and anything else the chief executive officer considers relevant. - (a) changing waste reduction and recycling opportunities; and - (b) changing circumstances in which the plan operates; and - (c) other matters arising from a review of the plan as required under this part; and - (d) anything else the chief executive officer considers relevant.
