### sec.135 Inspection and availability for purchase of plan The chief executive officer of a State entity must ensure that— an up-to-date version of the State entity’s waste reduction and recycling plan is published on the entity’s website and may be inspected free of charge during office hours at an office of the entity nominated by the chief executive officer; and a copy of the version may be obtained from the State entity for no cost, or for a reasonable fee as decided by the chief executive officer. - (a) an up-to-date version of the State entity’s waste reduction and recycling plan is published on the entity’s website and may be inspected free of charge during office hours at an office of the entity nominated by the chief executive officer; and - (b) a copy of the version may be obtained from the State entity for no cost, or for a reasonable fee as decided by the chief executive officer.
