### sec.127 Amendment of plan
A local government may adopt an amendment of a waste reduction and recycling plan having effect in its local government area if it considers the amendment to be appropriate, having regard to—
changing waste reduction and recycling opportunities; and
changing circumstances in which the plan operates; and
other matters arising from a review of the plan as required under this part; and
anything else the local government considers relevant.
A local government may not adopt an amendment of a waste reduction and recycling plan having effect in 2 or more local government areas unless all the local governments adopt the amendment.
(sec.127-ssec.1) A local government may adopt an amendment of a waste reduction and recycling plan having effect in its local government area if it considers the amendment to be appropriate, having regard to— changing waste reduction and recycling opportunities; and changing circumstances in which the plan operates; and other matters arising from a review of the plan as required under this part; and anything else the local government considers relevant.
(sec.127-ssec.2) A local government may not adopt an amendment of a waste reduction and recycling plan having effect in 2 or more local government areas unless all the local governments adopt the amendment.
