### sec.110 Advice to chief executive about placing or attaching documents
This section applies if the chief executive believes on reasonable grounds that documents have been distributed by being placed in or on motor vehicles, or attached to buildings or other fixed structures, in contravention of section 109 .
The chief executive may give a notice under this section to a person who is an adult if the chief executive reasonably believes the person—
authorised or arranged for the distribution of the documents; or
authorised or arranged for printing of the documents; or
placed or attached any of the documents.
A notice under subsection (2) (a) or (b) may require the person to advise the chief executive of the name and contact details of any person who placed or attached 1 or more of the documents.
A notice under subsection (2) (b) or (c) may require the person to advise the chief executive of the name and contact details of the person who authorised or arranged for distribution of the documents.
A person who is given a notice under this section must comply with the notice within 7 days after receiving the notice unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
