### sec.102ZO Notice of particular events If any of the following events happens, the Organisation must give a notice about the event to the chief executive— an event that makes the Organisation no longer an eligible company; an event that makes an executive officer or business associate of the Organisation no longer an eligible individual; the appointment or employment of an executive officer of the Organisation ends; a person is appointed or employed as an executive officer of the Organisation; a shareholder or member of the Organisation stops being a shareholder or member of the Organisation; a person becomes a shareholder or member of the Organisation. The notice must be given within 10 business days after the event happens. A notice about an event mentioned in subsection (1) (a) must include the Organisation’s plan and timetable for making the Organisation an eligible company.
