### sec.102ZE Ministerial directions The Minister may give the Organisation a written direction about the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers. The Organisation must comply with the direction. Failure to comply with the direction is not an offence but may be a ground for suspending or cancelling a company’s appointment as the Organisation. See section 102V . The Organisation must include in its annual report for a financial year prepared under section 102ZJ details of— each direction given by the Minister under this section in the year; and action taken by the Organisation in the year because of the direction. s 102ZE ins 2017 No. 31 s 5 (sec.102ZE-ssec.1) The Minister may give the Organisation a written direction about the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers.
