### sec.102ZB Providing assistance
An administrator appointed under section 102Z may, for performing the administrator’s functions, by a notice given to an officer or employee or former officer or employee of the company, require the person to—
produce documents in the person’s possession that the administrator reasonably requires to perform the functions; or
provide the other information or assistance the administrator reasonably requires to perform the functions.
A person of whom a requirement has been made under subsection (1) must comply with it unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse for an individual not to comply with the requirement if doing so might tend to incriminate the individual.
In this section—
the company means—
if the administrator is appointed under section 102Z (1) (a) —the company whose appointment as the Organisation is suspended; or
if the administrator is appointed under section 102Z (1) (b) —the company that was appointed as the Organisation most recently before the administrator was appointed.
