### sec.15 Repealed Act continues to apply to applications made before commencement This section applies if— an application has been made under the repealed Act; and immediately before the commencement, the application has not been decided. The repealed Act continues to apply in relation to deciding the application as if the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2005 had not been enacted.
