#### 67 Requirement to have qualified superintendent 67 Requirement to have qualified superintendent > The holder of a veterinary hospital licence must ensure that— > > > (a) the premises the subject of the licence are managed by a superintendent who is a veterinary practitioner, and > > > (b) the Board is notified in writing before a person assumes the duties of a superintendent of the name of the person. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
