#### 40 Form of complaint 40 Form of complaint > > (1) A complaint must be in writing, must identify the complainant and must contain particulars of the allegations on which it is founded. > > > (2) The Board may require the complainant to provide further particulars of a complaint. > > > (3) The Board may require the complaint and any further particulars provided to be verified by statutory declaration. > > > (4) The Board may refuse to investigate a complaint if the complainant does not comply with a requirement of the Board under this section.
