#### 38 Persons who may make complaints 38 Persons who may make complaints > > (1) Any person (including the Board) may make a complaint against a veterinary practitioner in respect of the veterinary practitioner’s conduct as a veterinary practitioner. > > > (2) Complaints (other than complaints made by the Board) are to be made to the Board and are to be lodged with the Registrar. > > > (3) The Board may direct the Registrar to provide reasonable assistance in making a complaint to a person, or a person belonging to a class of persons, specified by the Board from time to time.
