#### 36 Application of Part 36 Application of Part > > (1) A complaint about a veterinary practitioner may be made and dealt with even though the veterinary practitioner has ceased to be registered. For that purpose, a reference in this Part to a veterinary practitioner includes a reference to a person who has ceased to be registered or whose registration is suspended. > > > (2) Despite subsection (1), the Board or the Tribunal may decide not to investigate a complaint or determine an application (or may decide to terminate an investigation or application) if the person to whom the complaint or application relates has ceased to be registered.
