### sec.84 Existing appeals under s 22C
Subsection (2) applies if, before the commencement—
a person has appealed to a tribunal under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 , section 4.2.9, about an application for which section 22C as in force before the commencement applied; and
the appeal has not been decided.
The tribunal may hear, or continue to hear, and decide the appeal as if the Land and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007 , part 9, had not commenced.
In this section—
commencement means the day this section commences.

(sec.84-ssec.2) The tribunal may hear, or continue to hear, and decide the appeal as if the Land and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007 , part 9, had not commenced.
(sec.84-ssec.3) In this section— commencement means the day this section commences.
- (a) a person has appealed to a tribunal under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 , section 4.2.9, about an application for which section 22C as in force before the commencement applied; and
- (b) the appeal has not been decided.
