### sec.68CD Effect of enforceable undertaking
An enforceable undertaking takes effect when the chief executive gives the person who made the undertaking notice of the decision to accept the undertaking.
No proceedings for a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act, or the Planning Act to the extent that Act relates to the clearing of vegetation, may be taken against the person in relation to the enforceable undertaking if the person is complying, or has complied, with the undertaking.
The making of an enforceable undertaking does not constitute an admission of guilt by the person making the undertaking.

(sec.68CD-ssec.1) An enforceable undertaking takes effect when the chief executive gives the person who made the undertaking notice of the decision to accept the undertaking.
