### sec.63 How to apply for internal review
A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice about a decision made under this Act may apply for an internal review of the decision.
An application for internal review of a decision must be—
in the approved form; and
made to the chief executive; and
supported by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application.
The application must be made within 20 business days after—
the day the person is given the information notice about the decision; or
if paragraph (a) does not apply—the day the person otherwise becomes aware of the decision.
The chief executive may extend the time for applying for the internal review.
The application does not stay the decision.

(sec.63-ssec.1) A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice about a decision made under this Act may apply for an internal review of the decision.
(sec.63-ssec.2) An application for internal review of a decision must be— in the approved form; and made to the chief executive; and supported by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application.
