sec.55AFFailure to comply with restoration notice

### sec.55AF Failure to comply with restoration notice The person is taken not to have complied with the restoration notice if— the person fails to give the chief executive a proposed restoration plan within the period stated in the restoration notice; or for a restoration plan not approved under section 55AC (1) (a) — the person fails to comply with section 55AC (2) ; or the chief executive refuses to approve the restoration plan under section 55AC (5) . Also, the person is taken not to have complied with the restoration notice if the person fails to comply with the approved restoration plan. For the effect of a failure to comply with a restoration notice, see section 54B (5) .
