### sec.55AB Preparing restoration plan
The person must, within the reasonable period stated in the restoration notice, prepare and give the chief executive a proposed restoration plan for the land.
The restoration plan must include the matters stated for the plan in the restoration notice.
However, the person may, within 20 business days after the restoration notice is given, ask the chief executive to prepare a restoration plan for the land.
The fee payable to the chief executive for preparing the plan must not be more than the fee prescribed under a regulation.

(sec.55AB-ssec.1) The person must, within the reasonable period stated in the restoration notice, prepare and give the chief executive a proposed restoration plan for the land.
(sec.55AB-ssec.2) The restoration plan must include the matters stated for the plan in the restoration notice.
