### sec.54C Contravention of stop work notices and restoration notices
This section applies to a person who is given a stop work notice or a restoration notice.
If the person does an act, or makes an omission, in contravention of the stop work notice or restoration notice, an official may use reasonable force and take any other reasonable action to stop the contravention.
Any reasonable cost or expense incurred by the official in doing anything under subsection (2) may be recovered as a debt owing to the State by the person.

(sec.54C-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who is given a stop work notice or a restoration notice.
