### sec.38 Failure to give information
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 36 (3) (g) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse for an individual not to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement may tend to incriminate the individual.
