### sec.20C When owner may apply for PMAV
An owner of land may apply to the chief executive for the making of a PMAV for the land or part of the land.
The application must—
be in the approved form; and
state the information prescribed under a regulation; and
be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
If the owner of the land and the chief executive agree to the making of the PMAV, the chief executive must make the PMAV.
The chief executive may waive the prescribed fee for the making of a PMAV if it is in the interests of the State and the owner.
If the chief executive refuses to make a PMAV for the area, the chief executive must give the owner an information notice about the decision.

(sec.20C-ssec.1) An owner of land may apply to the chief executive for the making of a PMAV for the land or part of the land.
(sec.20C-ssec.2) The application must— be in the approved form; and state the information prescribed under a regulation; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.20C-ssec.3) If the owner of the land and the chief executive agree to the making of the PMAV, the chief executive must make the PMAV.
