### sec.20AO What is a category X area
A category X area is an area, other than a category A area, category B area, category C area or category R area (in which the clearing of vegetation has happened), shown on the regulated vegetation management map as a category X area.
However, an area is not a category X area if the chief executive decides under section 20CA the area is not a category X area.
