### sec.19Q Code compliant clearing and conduct of native forest practices are accepted development for Planning Act
This section applies if an accepted development vegetation clearing code applies to the clearing of vegetation or the conduct of a native forest practice (the activity ).
For the Planning Act , the activity is accepted development only if and to the extent the activity complies with the code.
Under the Planning Act , the activity to the extent it does not comply with the code may be prohibited development or assessable development. See chapter 5 , part 2 of that Act in relation to offences applying to prohibited development and assessable development.
