### sec.19J When management plan stops having effect A management plan for a declared area has effect until the earlier of the following happens— the plan ends under its terms; the declaration of the area as a declared area ends under section 19L . s 19J ins 2007 No. 19 s 220 - (a) the plan ends under its terms; - (b) the declaration of the area as a declared area ends under section 19L .
