### sec.129 Applications under s 20C made but not decided before 8 March 2018 This section applies if— before 8 March 2018, an application was made under section 20C; and immediately before 8 March 2018, the application had not been decided. The chief executive must continue to deal with and decide the application under this Act as in force before 8 March 2018. s 129 ins 2018 No. 7 s 37 (retro) (sec.129-ssec.1) This section applies if— before 8 March 2018, an application was made under section 20C; and immediately before 8 March 2018, the application had not been decided. (sec.129-ssec.2) The chief executive must continue to deal with and decide the application under this Act as in force before 8 March 2018. - (a) before 8 March 2018, an application was made under section 20C; and - (b) immediately before 8 March 2018, the application had not been decided.
