### sec.127 Declarations prepared under former s 16 or made under former s 17 A declaration made under former section 17 and in force immediately before the commencement— Subsection (3) applies if— before the commencement, the Minister prepared, or started to prepare, a declaration under former section 16; the declaration had not been made before the commencement. Former sections 16 and 17(1) and (3) continue to apply in relation to the preparation and making of the declaration. However, the declaration must not include a code for the clearing of vegetation in the area to which the declaration relates. A declaration made under subsection (3) is taken to be a declaration made under section 17.
