### sec.8 Fee for making valuation— Act , s 209 For section 209 (1) of the Act , the fee is— the actual cost, including travelling and car running expenses, of— making the valuation; and issuing, for the valuation, a certificate of valuation; or the amount negotiated between the valuer-general and the person who requested the valuation.
