### sec.978A Issuing documents electronically
Unless otherwise stated in these rules, a document issued under these rules may be issued electronically.
The electronically issued document must include an image of the seal of the court.
The electronically issued document is valid even if it does not include a signature.
A paper copy of an electronically issued document is taken for all purposes, including, for example, service, to be—
a copy of the electronically issued document; and
stamped with the court’s seal.

(sec.978A-ssec.1) Unless otherwise stated in these rules, a document issued under these rules may be issued electronically.
(sec.978A-ssec.2) The electronically issued document must include an image of the seal of the court.
(sec.978A-ssec.3) The electronically issued document is valid even if it does not include a signature.
(sec.978A-ssec.4) A paper copy of an electronically issued document is taken for all purposes, including, for example, service, to be— a copy of the electronically issued document; and stamped with the court’s seal.

- (b) stamped with the court’s seal.
