### sec.975B Retention and status of document electronically filed A document electronically filed at the registry— may be retained in electronic form by the registry; and is taken for all purposes to be a document in a court file. If, under rule 975H , a person may make a request to inspect a document that was electronically filed, the person may inspect the document in either electronic or paper form, at the discretion of the registrar. r 975B ins 2003 SL No. 87 s 3 sub 2018 SL No. 127 s 70 amd 2024 SL No. 4 s 29 (sec.975B-ssec.1) A document electronically filed at the registry— may be retained in electronic form by the registry; and is taken for all purposes to be a document in a court file.
