### sec.975B Retention and status of document electronically filed
A document electronically filed at the registry—
may be retained in electronic form by the registry; and
is taken for all purposes to be a document in a court file.
If, under rule 975H , a person may make a request to inspect a document that was electronically filed, the person may inspect the document in either electronic or paper form, at the discretion of the registrar.

(sec.975B-ssec.1) A document electronically filed at the registry— may be retained in electronic form by the registry; and is taken for all purposes to be a document in a court file.
