### sec.972 Court fees if state-related party
In a proceeding to which a state-related person is a party, despite rules 968 (5) , 969 (3) (c) and 969A (7) , the state-related person may file a document without payment of a fee.
In this rule—
state-related person means the Sovereign, the State, a person acting for the State, an entity whose expenditure is payable, in whole or part, out of amounts from the consolidated fund, or a person acting for the entity.
