### sec.97 Disclosure Chapter 7 , parts 1 and 2 apply to a party who is a person under a legal incapacity as if the person were not a person under a legal incapacity. An act required to comply with an order under chapter 7 , part 1 or 2 may be performed by— if the party is capable of performing it—the party; or otherwise—the litigation guardian of the party. r 97 amd 2018 SL No. 127 s 50 ; 2021 SL No. 184 s 3 (sec.97-ssec.1) Chapter 7 , parts 1 and 2 apply to a party who is a person under a legal incapacity as if the person were not a person under a legal incapacity.
